1. Return Eligibility

Customers may request a return or exchange under the following conditions:

  • The product is defective or damaged upon delivery

  • The product received is different from what was ordered

  • The product has a manufacturer defect

To qualify for a return:

  • The request must be made within 3–7 days of purchase or delivery

  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging

  • All accessories, manuals, and warranty cards must be included

  • The original receipt or proof of purchase must be provided

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items generally cannot be returned unless defective:

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling

  • Products with missing accessories or packaging

  • Items returned after the allowed return period

  • Products that have been installed or used

3. Refund Process

Once the returned product is received and inspected:

  • If the return is approved, a refund or exchange will be processed

  • Refunds may take 5–10 business days depending on the payment method

  • In some cases, store credit or product replacement may be offered instead of a refund

4. Exchange Policy

Customers may request an exchange for the same product or another product of equal value, depending on product availability.

5. Installation Products (ACs & Large Appliances)

For products that require installation:

  • Customers should inspect the product before installation

  • Once the product is installed, returns may only be accepted if a manufacturing defect is confirmed

6. Warranty Claims

Many products sold by BlueSky Electronics include manufacturer warranties. For issues that occur after the return period, customers may need to contact the authorized service center under the warranty terms.

7. Return Shipping

Customers may be responsible for return transportation costs, unless the product is defective or the wrong item was delivered.
